Mr & Mrs Welch started 247 Property Services in 2003 having felt they were being unfairly treated by Agents throughout the region with their own portfolio. Starting with just 1 managed property, and their own portfolio, they have rapidly grown 247 Property Services to manage hundreds of properties throughout the UK. Their no nonsense approach to property management, Sales and Lettings has proved to be very popular and the company is still benefiting from substantial growth over the last few years. Mr & Mrs Welch retain a very hands on role within the business, often dealing with tenants and landlords alongside their staff. 247 operates an open door policy for both tenants and landlords.
Paige initially began working at 247 Property Services at the beginning of 2020 and started a business administration and customer service practitioner qualification. Paige works as a lettings negotiator as well as our receptionist and is the first point of contact for all clients. Paige has incredible knowledge about the lettings industry and is great at working with our customers and her fellow colleagues.

Jamie has over 23 years business management experience working for a number of National chains in the private sector and has been working for 247 Property Services since 2010, Jamie is UKALA & NLA Accredited. He is great at resolving issues for both landlords and tenants. Jamie is leading the best Sales & Lettings team in South Yorkshire.
Director of Sales (National Support Sales Mentor)
Started my property career in 2000 working in financial services having just finished a successful property investment project. I very quickly learnt that my future was in estate agency so took the plunge starting from the bottom as a trainee. Within 12 months I had progressed to managing my own branch! I spent many years managing branches and loved being part of a team. In 2006 I took a role in Legal Service and Conveyancing, developing the relationships between Estate Agents and conveyancers. This gave me a great insight and understanding of the legal process and the part it plays in the transaction. I just couldn’t stay away from being an Estate Agent though and started working for a large Corporate agency. This is where my career stayed running very successful branches but always feeling there was another way, a better way, where customers truly are the centre of the business!
Now I am in my forties and am lucky to have been married for 20 years with two wonderful teenage daughters. I love nothing more than spending my free time with my rather mischievous Labrador Beaux.

Nadine controls the landlord Client Account and landlord payments and has been with 247 since 2009. Nadine has approximately 22 years’ experience in Sales & Purchase Ledgers, Credit Control, Finance and Controlling Budgets.
Accountant (National Support for Accounts)
Mark has been in the business for 7 years and with 247 has gained AAT Level 4. Mark deals with Landlord payments on a daily basis and is in charge of the accounts here at 247. Mark has progressed through and works very hard to ensure Landlords are happy.
Letting Negotiator & Sales Negotiator (National Support Team leader for ops at HQ)
Mary has achieved both level 2 & 3 Business Diploma. Covering the operations sector of 247 with other staff members on a daily routine. Mary is also qualified in communications and Customer Services Skills for all enquiries relating to Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Mary is an active member of the National Landlords Association, she continues to improve her skills and knowledge daily through higher education with CPD. Mary is currently undergoing Property Lettings and Management Level 3 NFOPP. (Property MARK)
Letting Negotiator (National Support Team HMO Team Leader)
Jake joined the 247 team in 2017 and has achieved Level 2 Business Diploma. Now completing Level 3 in NFOPP Residential Property Letting and Management. Hes also manages inquiries relating viewings, lettings and property management on a daily basis. Jake is an active member of the National Landlords Association. He often covers local viewings and inspections improving his knowledge and skills daily. Jake is a real asset to the team and continues to thrive daily, growing and improving wherever possible.
Letting Officer (National Support Team Leader for Vetting)
Megan joined the 247 team in 2019 and has since finished her apprenticeship in business admin. After successfully completing her level 3 in business admin Megan has joined the letting team and is undergoing her Level 3 in Letting and property management.
Property Consultant and Team leader for Inventory's and Inspections
Robert is the newest member of the 247 team after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with an RICS accredited bachelor's degree in Property Development (Hons). As our Property Consultant, Robert contributes to the daily operations of the business while building relations with 247's Landlord and investor base. Thanks to his experience in property valuation, property law, and property sourcing, he is always at hand to help guide 247's clients in their decisions.
Sales & Letting Negotiator
Danielle is the newest member of the 247 team after working in lettings for the last year at another agency. She is currently undergoing her level 3 in Lettings and Property Management and hoping to gain more experience within the property industry.
Evlin joined the 247 team in August of 2021 and is currently undergoing a business administration course and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Carrying out several administrative roles such as dealing with enquiries, emails and communicating with our customers / clients in person or over the phone. Evlin strives to grow her knowledge and skills every day. Evlin is a versatile worker who assists in the day to day running of the business and is constantly developing her skills. She always provides a friendly and professional manner when assisting clients and customers to the best of her ability.
