Our Full Property Management Service is offered at a competitive rate, ranging from 8% to 15% of the agreed rental amount, depending on the property's location and the rental value. The exact rate is negotiated between both parties after the rental value has been determined.

A standard tenancy fee of £360, inclusive of VAT, is applicable at the start of each new tenancy.

When you choose our Full Property Management Service, we take complete control of managing your property. This service includes all the benefits of our Tenant Find and Rent Collection services, plus comprehensive management of maintenance, inspections, and tenant check-ins and check-outs at no additional cost.

You will receive detailed monthly statements, including rent collected and any deductions for costs, ensuring full transparency. With over 145 pieces of legislation governing landlords, we stay fully informed and compliant with all legal requirements, providing you with peace of mind.
