Our Lettings Service Charges
Like most companies we charge a tenancy set up fee but with our fee you get full rent protection and legal cover build in.
Some landlords and investors have their own rent protection cover so this will be reduced to £180 inclusive if you do not want the policy.
To make it clear we have listed our costs.
Tenancy Set up fee is £300 plus VAT per new tenancy.
This includes Rent Protection and full legal cover.
If you have your own RP & LC then there is a reduction of £150 per new Tenancy.
*RP is Rent Protection
*LC is legal cover
What do you get for this set up fee?
We’ll do all the necessary work on your behalf to recover any outstanding rent and ensure you don’t lose out during the process.
We can provide legal defence of any criminal prosecutions relating to the letting of your property, such as actions for unlawful discrimination.

Premier Fully Managed Service is 12% per month
New Tenant fee £180 Every time there is a New Tenant. This covers the initial inventory and Documentation.
Only £60 per tenancy renewal
HMO Fully Managed Service is 15% per month inclusive
Tenant Find Only Service is the first months rent - including all vetting, AST and move in inventory. Sorry this does not include RP and LC.

Problem Tenants! No Problem.
Landlords who have problematic tenants can have us take over and help manage these tenants and hopefully, or certainly in most cases we help get back on track or advice for eviction, again there is a fixed service fee for these of 15% until rental account is up to date and tenant is acting in a tenant like manner at that point it would revert to normal rate.
"Tenant find only" service is available. The fees for this service is one month's rent. This is paid for instruction and we find and vet the tenant and provide all documentation required to move in.
