247 have very low overheads. This allows for a thriving, profitable business, which will ensure no Landlord will ever want to leave the 247 brand.

What do you have to do to be part of this fantastic network?

You must be self motivated, and not afraid of hard work. We have secured a good reputation through sheer hard work and commitment. The rewards are financial security, a good way of life, and job satisfaction.

We will only allow one 247 Property Service Office or Trader per county, city or town, (dependant on size and location).

Doncaster, York, and Mansfield are already allocated. (Subject to final contract)

The cost is less then £10,000. Complete with a repayment scheme based on your ability.

This opportunity is not for the work shy! Your first 12 months will be the hardest. After that it will be about keeping the Tenants and the Landlords content. With experience your abilities and confidence will grow, as will your Letting Agency.
